Known for its aging qualities, this Encruzado presents high minerality in its youth, blossoming into a very elegant White Burgundy-esque wine with time. Amongst its virtues is the ability to maintain almost perfect balance between sugar and acidity, making a rather serious, rich, structured wine. Silky smooth with a bite resembling pear cider, the finish on this monovarietal is truly multi‐dimensional, both crisp and fragrant.
